1) The revolutionary war of 1775

2) Mexican-American war of 1845
The US Army uniform had another drastic change during this
time. The soldiers had to wear roundabouts which were made of blue wool and
pants of vertical stripes.
3) The Civil war of 1861
During the American Civil War, the Army uniform only had a
few changes. The entire uniform kept the same as it was during the
Mexican-American war except for the hats. Different kinds of hats were put into
service at that during the American Civil War.
4) The Spanish-American war of 1898
Uniform at this time was like khaki uniforms which were
inspired by the British pattern. The cotton material was chosen for this

5) World War I (1914)
The color of the uniform during World War I changed from
brown to olive. The soldiers were made to wear Brodie Helmet.
6) World War II (1939)
No such changes have been made in the uniforms during World
War II. However, the Brodie Helmet was changed to M1 helmet. Additionally, parachute
jumper coats and light windbreaker were also added in the uniform.
7) Desert storm 1990
It was during the Desert Storm time the camouflage pattern
has been introduced. The style of uniforms was changed and the size of the
collar reduced.
Finally, the Army Combat Uniform with camouflage patterns
was introduced in 2004 and since then the style and design of the US Army
Uniforms have kept on evolving.
